Laura is a fundraising strategist and development professional with 18 years of experience raising ambitious income for organisations working at the intersection of climate, democracy, and systems change.
Previously working with Crisis Action, Living Earth Foundation and Plan UK, Laura has raised six- and seven-figure grants from a diverse portfolio of governments, foundations, and philanthropies, including the Skoll Foundation, Open Society Foundations, the EC, FCDO, GIZ, and Comic Relief, and managed complex multi-year environmental grants and convened multinational consortia delivering programmes across Africa, the Middle East, and the Arctic.
Laura joined Iswe in 2026 to help build the funding foundations for a step-change in participatory democracy at the global level, including the Global Citizens' Assembly.
