Assemblis
Assemblis is a new civic infrastructure for democratic action—built to give anyone, anywhere, the tools to run a community assembly on the issues that matter most to them. Whether you’re tackling housing, climate, inequality, or local governance, Assemblis helps you bring people together to listen, deliberate, and act.
Iswe Foundation is incubating Assemblis in partnership with designers, organisers, researchers, and technologists across the globe. The platform makes it simple to plan, facilitate, and document local assemblies—and crucially, to share what emerges with a wider network. That means learnings don’t stay local. They contribute to a growing global picture of what people want, what works, and how communities are shaping the future of democracy.
Assemblis is designed to scale. From a single school to a national citizens’ assembly, it supports both informal gatherings and formal processes. It’s open-source, multilingual, and designed for inclusion. Every assembly run through the platform adds momentum to the broader political systems change movement.
The platform is still in development, but you can sign up to be among the first to test it at assemblis.org.
